Lateral epicondyle of the femur (posterior) → Calcaneus (via Achilles tendon / tendo calcaneus)

M. Soleus

Fibular head, proximal third of the fibula (dorsal), soleal line of the tibia → Calcaneus (via Achilles tendon / tendo calcaneus, together with gastrocnemius)

Plantar flexion against resistance with flexed knee (isolated from gastrocnemius)
M. Tibialis Anterior
