Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find the operator's contact details in the section "Information on the controller" in this privacy policy.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the rectification or erasure of this data. If you have given consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of data protection.

3. General notes and mandatory information

Data protection

The operators of this website take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy.

Please note that data transmission over the internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

menios GmbH

E-mail: info@menios.de

The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data (e.g. names, e-mail addresses, etc.).

Storage period

Unless a more specific storage period is stated in this privacy policy, your personal data remains with us until the purpose for data processing no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for erasure or revoke consent to data processing, your data will be erased unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data; in the latter case, erasure takes place once these reasons cease to apply.

General information on the legal bases for data processing on this website

If you have consented to data processing, we process your personal data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR or Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR if special categories of data pursuant to Art. 9 (1) GDPR are processed. If you have consented to the storage of cookies or to access to information on your end device, data processing is additionally carried out on the basis of § 25 (1) TDDDG. Consent can be revoked at any time. If your data is required for the performance of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, we process your data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Furthermore, we process your data if this is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR. Data processing may also be carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke consent you have already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right to object to data collection in special cases and to direct marketing (Art. 21 GDPR)

IF DATA PROCESSING IS CARRIED OUT ON THE BASIS OF ART. 6 (1) (E) OR (F) GDPR, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT AT ANY TIME TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON GROUNDS RELATING TO YOUR PARTICULAR SITUATION; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING BASED ON THESE PROVISIONS. IF YOU OBJECT, WE WILL NO LONGER PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA CONCERNED UNLESS WE CAN DEMONSTRATE COMPELLING LEGITIMATE GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING WHICH OVERRIDE YOUR INTERESTS, RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS, OR THE PROCESSING SERVES THE ESTABLISHMENT, EXERCISE OR DEFENCE OF LEGAL CLAIMS (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21 (1) GDPR).

IF YOUR PERSONAL DATA IS PROCESSED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OBJECT AT ANY TIME TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONCERNING YOU FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUCH MARKETING; THIS ALSO APPLIES TO PROFILING INSOFAR AS IT IS RELATED TO SUCH DIRECT MARKETING. IF YOU OBJECT, YOUR PERSONAL DATA WILL SUBSEQUENTLY NO LONGER BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECT MARKETING (OBJECTION PURSUANT TO ART. 21 (2) GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of violations of the GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged violation. The right to lodge a complaint is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

Information, rectification and erasure

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to rectification or erasure of this data. You can contact us at any time regarding this and any other questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restriction of processing exists in the following cases:

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

Objection to advertising e-mails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the legal notice obligation for the transmission of advertising and information material not expressly requested. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information being sent, for example by spam e-mails.

4. Data collection on this website

Server log files

The provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

This data is not merged with other data sources.

This data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website — for this purpose, the server log files must be collected.

Newsletter / e-mail updates

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you. Sign-up uses a double opt-in procedure: after registering, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Your registration is only activated after you click the confirmation link.

The data entered in the newsletter sign-up form is processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in every newsletter. The lawfulness of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you provide to us for the purpose of receiving the newsletter is stored by us or the newsletter service provider until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and is deleted after you unsubscribe. Data stored by us for other purposes remains unaffected.

E-mail service: Brevo (formerly Sendinblue)

For sending e-mails we use Brevo SAS (formerly Sendinblue), 7 rue de Madrid, 75008 Paris, France.

Brevo acts as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement (DPA) has been concluded with Brevo. Your e-mail address is transmitted to Brevo and processed on servers in the EU.

Local storage (localStorage & cookies)

This website uses your browser's localStorage as well as technically necessary cookies to store purely functional settings:

These cookies and localStorage entries are technically necessary pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a user-friendly website). They contain no personal data, are not used for tracking and are not transmitted to third parties. The data remains exclusively on your device. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

Anonymised usage statistics

This website collects anonymised usage statistics (page views, device type, language, screen size) on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving our offering). No cookies are set and no IP addresses are stored. Instead, a weekly rotating, non-reversible hash (SHA-256) is formed from technical connection data, which can no longer be attributed after the calendar week has ended. The data is processed exclusively on our own server at All-Inkl and is automatically deleted after 90 days. It is not passed on to third parties.

5. Plugins and tools

Fonts (self-hosted)

This website uses the "Roboto Flex" font, which is hosted locally on our server. No connection to external servers (e.g. Google) is established when the font is loaded. Your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.

Babylon.js (self-hosted)

This website uses the 3D engine Babylon.js and all associated resources (decoders, environment textures), which are hosted entirely locally on our server. No connection to external servers is established when the 3D engine is loaded.

Lucide Icons (self-hosted)

This website uses icons from Lucide, which are hosted locally on our server. No connection to external servers is established when the icons are loaded.

6. No third-party tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no advertising cookies). The anonymised usage statistics described in section 4 are processed exclusively on our own server. The 3D model is rendered locally in your browser (WebGL). No data is transmitted to third parties for advertising purposes.
